Sniffing stick 1 pc

Do you practice obedience training with your doggo? Then we don't have to introduce you to this training aid as much. Based on numerous requests, we have produced scent sticks in a racing version which do not have distinguishing symbols (unlike our 10pcs set of scent sticks) and their dimensions meets the conditions of the FCI trial order. You can also purchase as many pieces as you need for training with your champion. 

What are their other parameters?

• They are made of spruce wood, which holds the scent well.
• However, they are not so hard, so they are more suitable for more experienced dogs who already know that the stick should not be chewed.
• Each stick measures 10 cm.
• To neutralize the scent on the stick, just leave it in the open air for 48 hours.
• Made in Jizera Mountains, Czech republic.

How to work with the sticks? 

Usually we work with six sticks, but during training, it's up to you – feel free to gradually add sticks to the dog and thus make the task more challenging. We will scent one of the sticks by thoroughly rubbing it in our hand. Then we place it in a spot where we will also move other unscented sticks (ideally with our tweezers!). We will remember which stick we have scented. We step back and give the dog a command to bring the stick.

Attention, this is a training aid, not a toy. Therefore, do not leave the sticks with the dog unsupervised, as there is a risk of injury to the dog.
